In an effort to eliminate redundancy, and save time, our WODs are now exclusively hosted on Triib! You'll notice the WODs on Triib are typically posted on Sunday evening for the entire week ahead. We've also started writing helpful "Coach's Notes" to prep you on the workout's intent. Share your feedback with Coach Clyde or Myriah on what you like to see in the Notes section :)
