a) Pose Drills
- 3X60 sec Pose Hold each leg (figure 4)
- Athlete's choice drill. (Pick something you need to work on, and something that will help you get warmed up for the intervals.)
b) Long Intervals
2 X 1-mile *
Rest 3:00 minutes between rounds
- 10 minutes of smashing around the hips.
- 2 minutes each side of couch stretch.
* Goal is to match same time each round.
