A) In 12 min, work up to heavy set of the complex:
Power clean + hang power clean.
Rest 3 minutes then,
One attempt at max set of unbroken kipping pull up or if pull ups <7; 3x5 pull up negative
B) It's back-- Air bike relay.
Teams of 3-5. First to *50 cal per teammate wins. Switch off whenever you feel like it
