Form a team of three and complete all three AMRAPs, in order:

AMRAP 9:00, rest 1
Partner 1: 5-10-15 yard shuttle sprint -- (performance: 2 rep) (fitness: 1 rep)
Partner 2: 8(P)/6(F) toes to bar
Partner 3: rest

AMRAP 9:00, rest 1
P1: 2 rope climbs (perf) / 1 rope climb (fitness)
P2: 10 DB cossack squat
P3: rest

AMRAP 9:00
P1: row 150m sprint
P2: 8(perf)/6(fitness) burpees over planking partner
P3: plank

*score for each AMRAP is the total accumulated reps from station one. Rotate movements upon completion of both P1 and P2's movement requirement.
