with a partner, complete four rounds each of:
Partner A completes 350m row
Partner 2 completes 10 double KB overhead press, then max distance double KB front rack carry
switch movements at completion of 350m row
*Performance: sub for OH double KB carries
1/2 Marathon: 9 mile tempo run. 80%+ pace from last time trial.
Marathon: 20 mile tempo run. 80%+ pace from last time trial.
Spend at least 10 minutes working on hip flexors and glutes.
