OYO "Recovery" Tempo Run
1/2 Marathon - 3.5 Mile Tempo Run
- 80% or faster of your 5K time trial pace.
Marathon - 7.5 Mile Tempo Run
- 80% or faster of your 10K time trial pace.
* Cutting down the distance this week to give legs a quick rest. Next week's time trial mileage will be up there again.
