21 right arm DB snatch
21 left arm DB snatch
15 med ball toss over pull up bar
9 synchronized burpee to a plate
OYO Run: (Focus on Form)
Half Marathon: 2 mile Temp run @ 80% of your 1.5 mile time trial pace.
Marathon: 5 mile Tempo run @ 80% of your 5k time trial pace.
Example of pace:
10:00 minute mile during TT. Today you run at 12:00 minute pace.
8:00 minute mile during TT. Today you run at 9:36 minute pace.
6:00 minute mile during TT. Today you run at 7:12 minute pace.
