B) Row for max meters in 10:00
C) AMRAP 8:00
5 ring row or chin up
15 reverse lunge
20 hollow rock
The next 2 weeks will focus on running as a skill and we will be reviewing Pose running in depth. This class is open to everyone, regardless of running experience. For those that hate running and find it difficult, or are often injured from running, this class is even more beneficial.
You do not have to attend every class and can attend as you like. However, consistency is the key to learning any skill, including running.
