*add two reps to the DB press on each round
1 strict hspu
3 power snatch 115/75
5 thruster 115/75
*Add one rep to the strict hspu on each round. 1 or 2 abmats are okay but otherwise scale to DB Press

B) Short Intervals
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
