B) Barbell Walking Lunge
5-5-5 *e3/6*
add 10# over last week

C) Fitness:
EMOM 10:00
Odd: 3 muscle up transitions
Even: 30sec hollow hang (false grip if possible)

Performance:
30 muscle ups for time
10 minute cap

Endurance

A) Warm Up
800
then
10 minutes of athlete choice drills

B) Short Intervals
10X200, rest 2:00 between rounds

C) Mobility
5 minutes smashing upper body. (T-spine, late, etc.)
