A) Every two minutes for 6 sets (12:00)
3 Power Clean + 50 Double Under
B) Death by Wall Ball (with burpee buy-in)
On min 1, complete 5 burpees and 2 wall balls
On min 2, complete 5 burpees and 4 wall balls
On min 3, complete 5 burpees and 6 wall balls....
Continue adding two wall balls per minute until the required work can not be completed in one minute
