P1: row (max meters)
P2: 10 seated DB press + max wall sit
P3: 10 med ball OHS + 200m run with med ball
*switch movements at completion of every 200m run; continue until each athlete has completed 3 full rounds. Score is total meters rowed per team. P1 must STOP rowing if P2 breaks at any point during their wall sit.
