between sets and after, accumulate 3 min push up support & 3 min push up bottom
B) Not for time- Accumulate the following in any order:
3x tire flip up and back
3min L-sit/tuck hold on parallettes
3x sled push (moderate-heavy, one length)
3x backwards sled walk (light-moderate, one length)
