Why CrossFit? The community and competitive nature of our workouts. The opportunity to measurably get stronger and faster. Working on our mental game is just as important as working on our physical strength.
Favorite WOD: 14.5/16.5 for sure (21-18-15-12-9-6-3 thrusters + bar facing burpees). And this is gonna sound kinda ridiculous but it's a tie between Karen (150 wall balls), Grace (30 clean and jerks), Helen (3 rds of 400m run, 21 kbs, 12 pullups) and Fran (21-15-9 thrusters + pullups).
