What I've Gained From CrossFit as a Former D-I Athlete

We started Crossfit in July 2015. I'd been looking for something new as I'd lost interest in the big box gym grind. I'd previously tried CF for a few classes, but didn't find the right place until coming to CFPG.
All the physical changes include what you can expect - increased strength, bigger muscles, but I think the most profound change for me is my perspective of my own body and fitness. I used to be solely focused on losing weight or getting smaller. With CFPG, my focus has changed completely (for the better, I think!) in that I want to make gains in new skills, better performance, and increased strength.
